Products
We supply a variety of products to the food manufacturing industry.
In addition to our ranges of fully dispersible powdered Stocks, Gravy mixes and Concentrated Stocks, we can also supply Sauce mixes, which can be developed especially for manufacturing use.
All the mixes are freeze-thaw stable and easily dispersed for superior product quality.
Only the best ingredients are used, so that all products deliver an authentic taste and flavour, which particularly appeals to the requirements of ready meal, soup and pie manufacturers.
We do not use any MSG, HVP, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or GM materials.
All of our standard ranges of mixes could be modified to suit your requirements (also see page on
bespoke blending) and we continue to develop new and exciting products.
Order quantities are flexible to suit your requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all products are supplied in 20kg plastic bags.

Meat Stock Extracts:
These rich meat extracts are available in a complete range of flavours. These products are made using the meat muscle and the finest ingredients to produce powerful, yet well balanced stock bases. The products are semi-fluid concentrated pastes and are supplied in 10kg pails.
