Lobster Bisque
This recipe is based on our Lobster Glace, so it’s fabulous already as a bisque or sauce base.
But make it your own with a few simple additions:
- Swirl a spoonful of crème fraiche into each bowl and garnish with chopped herbs.
- A little Cognac and thick cream
- Garnish with a shake of paprika and a twist of lemon
- Add chopped lobster or prawns with a handful of coriander
